Remember last year when we relaunched Jitneys in October? Well, I’ve had some new developments there as well! As I was talking to a retailer in February about carrying our products, I candidly expressed to her how challenging the business side of Jitneys can be to keep up with for one person. “My dream job would be to just… design… and not have to worry about the other logistics of running a small business.”
Little did I know, she had been dreaming up a new business model for a couple of years as well, and God so graciously connected us in that moment to combine our dreams into something BIG and beautiful together. A few months later, Gina, owner of @shopsweetpineapple, started A Best Day and hired me on as her designer!

Gina is brilliant, kind, gracious and incredibly creative! Her experience in retail, especially from the gifting perspective, generates ideas of beauty, innovative packaging and unique product ideas. I’m incredibly honored and humbled to work for her and alongside her as we continue to dream big and create lovely things just for y’all!
