What an absolute joy it was to pick out our very first pumpkin together as a married couple!! In the Adams Family, it's a father/daughter tradition to carve the Halloween pumpkin in the theme of the decorated house. Last year we made a super awesome pirate. This year we made a crazy mad scientist. It also marked the first year that JD could join in on the fun and get in on the tradition! We will have to carry this tradition on to our children after all. It was actually one of JD's first pumpkin carving adventures since being a child. He did an amazing job! :)
